Additional Info: After a dispute between me and the user i told him that he is not longer aloud to come into the town of miniTown and Welch, After more disputing the days passed and i came on, I recognized a structure that was user to gain entrance to the town Welch. He pm'd me and i questioned him and he said it was his and that he was in the town. I told him why as he is banned and he said he wanted to look around. After being warned and told once not to enter the town i would like a more Detailed warning issued to the user about not entering towns or a ban.(Mostly The 1st one as i don't think this is bannable material) .
