    Complaint: This user was supposed to purchase a town and give me full ownership of it.
    When the application was checked by andrewkm, he said that TheBigJ44's balance was $0.00.
    Also, Core_Diver was asked by TheBigJ44 to tell me his balance. Core said "$2.40"
