Complaint: He constantly pms me even though I continuously asked him to stop, it is starting to become harassment as he has moved to the forums and is now posting on my wall.

Additional Information: I am sick and tired of his excuses and whining, he has been a troll before and I am tired of it, I have talked to Skylexia and Delucaco so I would appreciate it if they dealt with the situation.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have talked with this user about this, and he is very persistent about annoying him. Although he has PMed you ingame, you can always use /ignore, which I am very sure you know about.
Although, since he has gone to out of game and began to message you on your wall, I will be issuing him a forum warning.
