Thank you for providing this evidence, I would link in cyclonefan123 if he had a forum account, instead I will mail him in-game, he has 24 hours to return the tool or come on and provide some form of counter evidence or argument in this complaint or to me in-game or over the forums.

First and foremost Ryan, I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I know how frustrating it can be to get scammed. I have looked over all the evidence, and have talked to cyclonefan123 personally. After speaking with him, there is no reason to believe the axe is returnable, further, it sounds like there will be no evidence provided by cyclonefan123. That all being said, I will be banning cyclonefan123 for scamming. I know this isn't getting the axe back, but, I hope this at least gives you some consolation.
