Felon Username: AccusolHD
Complaint: Theft from my town members, refusing to leave town
Evidence:
Additional Information: AccusolHD is NOT part of my town, Dalk. He was performing a TP for me when he started flying around the town, looking for unlocked chests. I asked him to leave multiple times, but he did not until after the last picture. He stole 57 diamonds and top-enchant tools (which he immediately sold in auction) from one builder and 40 gold ingots from another. The objects were only unlocked because they had just then been placed and one of the builders was out of locks, and did not know how to remove all the unfound chests he had.
The main complaint is that he would not leave the town when asked.

Question about the mentioned complaint, is the town this happened in your town, or a town you are a member of, if so please post the town name here. This would fall under the rule:
The chests are fair game as they were unlocked, but if you are the town owner and he would not leave when being asked to that he was in violation of the above mentioned rule.

I will talk to accusolHD for you and make sure that he does not harass you again. This is clear evidence of harassing, and it is not tolerated. If an owner of a town asks a user to leave their town, they are required to exit the area. In the future, be sure to contact a moderator in-game.
As for the unlocked chests, there is nothing we would be able to do as this is perfectly legal. It is a user's responsibility to ensure that their chests are locked.
