I am making the complaint about @Tornadoed for bidding up a small auction for a low level enchanted pick (efficiency 3). He ended up winning the auction and then after me trying to get a hold of him for a few minutes he finally replied that he takes his bid back. After informing him that this is not allowed he tried to contact a mod and get me in trouble but then the mod told him the same thing I did. I believe something should be done about this even though its not for a lot of money. I hate it when people try to bid up an auction just to be mean to the other players of ecc.
