    Complaint: He tried to get me to pay more money than was being auctioned at, and said i needed to pay more after i had already paid.

    Additional Information: He is a builder and told me that there is an auction fee. Also soon after i said no he sold the items to someone else.

    I have warned CrazyTaco99 that this cannot be done and all terms of the auction must be stated up front and he understands this after being explained this, and I can see that he also had a discussion about this in the general chat and seems he likely didn't know about this.

    He has claimed to have paid you back so I will leave this open for you to confirm that you have been paid back, for now the user has been warned.
