    Said area are builder homes. I am currently expanding them which I why I found these LCWs.

    Additional Information: I currently have no residents and the residents of these homes will not in the near future be given perms to town unless necessary. He has had no right to lock these doors and dchests as he is not resident and I have not given him permission.
