You are responsible for your actions as well as actions made by another on your account on ECC. You need to always make sure that your password is private and that you do not go AFK while in game where other people can take advantage of your account. With this said, I am still going to leave this complaint open for your proof of payment for 24h. If you do not have this proof then I would suggest you use this time wisely by making up this 20k to repay phiphiphi. If you decide to go this route then make sure that you obtain proof with a screenshot of this payment and post it in this Thread before the 24h is up.
