    Not all staff members are able to check the server logs so this is why we ask you to post several screenshots if possible.

    We depend on users like yourself to bring fourth evidence so that we may act on it in the most appropriate way possible depending on the severity of the evidence presented, to strive for the friendliest environment possible.

    I can understand your frustration you have with being treated this way online but it is not practical for us to always be checking the server logs. Please consider to post an additional screenshot if possible otherwise we will act on this complaint with only the evidence we have been presented with.
