Felon Username: Icondigi
Complaint: Scamming, he posted on my forum asking for a signature. So I made it for him. Then he went and purposely got himself banned for whatever reason and posted on my forums saying he will pay next time he is online so I let him save it and add it, now that he's had it for about a week he told me he doesn't want it any more which is not what we agreed on, because I have already let him save an un-watermarked version of the signature.

Yes I will still pay , though I do not want the signature is what I am trying to say and I said that I will remove it . If you wish for me to pay the 3k for a signature I won't use that's fine just ask sorry this trouble had happened .
