Complaint:Starting an auc confirming that he heard my bid and then disappeared from the auc.

Additional Information: Apparently apple starting bidding on someone elses auc and then failed to follow though with that transaction as well, I don't have the screenshot for that but that is why in image four kookoo said what he said. I normally would ignore this but I am getting tired or residents and builders doing this so I am reporting this one.
