    Complaint: I bought perms to a farm from him for 8k and then he asks if I want co-mayor. I paid him 27k and I was never made co. I have asked him if I could have my money back or if I was made co but he never responded.

    Unfortunately without screen shot evidence there is nothing we can do. Anytime you are making a large transaction (or any transaction, for that matter) you need to screen capture the entire deal. I have tried to look into this further for you but I just can't find the proof that you were scammed. Just consider this a lesson learned and be more cautious in the future.
