Minecraft Username: Krickie
Reason: Krickie held a public auction with a UNB3 + EFF 5 + FORTUNE 3 diamond pickaxe, i bid 45k, tped to him., and paid.
He then gave me a eff 4 diamond pick and instantly logged off!!!!
Counter-Reason:
Evidence: I have some pics, im sorry i dont have the orginial pic where he auctioned it, but i have of the conversation afterwards, where i paid etc. A player like me who plays alot WOULD NEVER BUY EFF 4 for 45 k!!!!!!
I also have a witness that he auctioned a eff5, username: lilypetals

I just want to say something before you mods say my 45k is lost.
1. In most countries, a buy 10x what its worth would be enough to convict the scammer.
2. I Have a witness who backs up my story.
3. The scammer instantly logged of after the deal.
And thats not enough to cancel the buy???????????????? or ban the scammer? wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats all i can say, wow!!!!!!! -

Please attempt to correct them.
Also, I think a misunderstanding has occurred in the previous complaint, A third complaint was not necessary. Never the less, Let's tie the situation up in this complaint. -

I mean
Ask the seller, can he explain how someone would pay 10x the cost?
Does he have any screens?
Does he have a witness?
And why did he log off directly after a 45k deal? I made 30+ deals, and noone logged off, they all said thx or something...

Alright, In the screenshots it is clear you have paid the user, and you were not happy with the item you received.
However, the screenshots do not show the other user offering a different item from what you received, or in fact giving you an incorrect item. In hindsight, your screenshots remain to not fully support the complaint, meaning no action can be taken.
I understand your situation, and it is simply unfortunate that no screenshots were taken at some points of importance, at this point in time, there is nothing either of us can do, so I suggest we both move on, unless some solid evidence can be provided.
I have contacted the witness you mentioned, and requested any screenshots they may have, however, this proved unsuccessful, therefore, No action can be taken.

On a side note:
Your attitude in these complaints have been very disrespectful to myself and to how the staff team on ECC works. In future I strongly suggest you work upon your attitude towards others, especially staff, and attempt to take other viewpoints into account, before putting forward your own opinions.
