Felon Username:yabokiller

Complaint:the user has repeatably locked anything that is not unlocked in my town, with the intention to troll, and he continues to do it

Evidence:i only have the evidence of the LWC removals that i had to do viewtopic.php?f=57&t=28176&hilit=yabokiller viewtopic.php?f=57&t=27925&hilit=yabokiller

Additional Information: the user has not responded to anything that i say, and i do not know what else he has locked, and its getting very annoying to keep posting LWC removals, locking, and repeat :p
