    Complaint: Lying in a complaint about me, and making one with absolutely no proof...

    Additional Info: Logs can be checked as well to see that what he quoted, was not what I said, and he made this complaint with no evidence, and I find it offensive that he would complain about me not breaking a rule, and then having the nerve to try and quote a rule that he obviously had no idea how it works.
