    Complaint: He scammed me and tkick told him to repay me in a week. Then he got banned somehow and cant pay me back.

    Evidence: Do /seen dylan479 and it says he is banned

    Additional info: the link is my previous complaint and proof that he needs to pay me back.

    we cant do anything while he is banned. :| go ahead and make a new complaint if he both gets unbanned and refuses to pay.
