So this is going to be long but here we go. So I first rented it the 8 months ago and all was good. Then it went way down hill from here. I lied about it, but I actually broke the first pick that u rented me and was freaking out. I am sorry about lying about it but I was scared of what could happen if I told adds
As it says in here I still had all intentions of paying them back for this. So I was working very hard to get enough money, but not as fast as adds wanted it. They then filed the complaint identical to this one. What was then noticed by staff if they had an X-ray texture pack and they were banned for this. Even after this I still worked and worked and was finally able to buy another eff 7 pick. At this point I was still ready to pay them back, but then I learned X-ray was a perma ban. I still used the new eff 7 and kept it for when adds still could come back. When it had been over a month if I recall correctly, I decided that I was done mining and wanted to buy more features. At this point I was looking to sell it to someone trustworthy and this user that it was sold to was @Original_Jackson. They can confirm this transaction. After this I got a few more features and enjoyed the lotto for a while, but then I just started to get bored and I went inactive. As logs will show I got on everyone once and a while got on an sg run for a while and then just went inactive. Lately i have got on on 1 or 2 occasions just to see how the server is and to make sure my town can't get claimed but just inactive for the last few months. I just don't see why this is even valid to file as they were perma banned and by definition a permanent ban is forever never to be appealed. So I'm not sure how this can even be filed by adds, but this is a staff and ownership decision and not mine.

I was thinking 27.5 weeks that's 100k a week that's the best I can do with my busy schedule and limited playtime and I'm not even sure if I can make it in that timeframe

 

You shouldn't pay late fees for the time that he spent banned, that is ridiculous. The fact that you are agreeing to his absurd demands angers me. Unless I am not understanding this situation correctly, what happened was back in June of this year you had not returned his pickaxe on time. However, when he posted his complaint he posted screenshots with a hacked client. Therefore, he was banned from then until last week. So you obviously have had no chance to return his pickaxe, because he's been banned the entire time. I feel that the contract should be void, and you should be required to pay the 750k (or eff7 pickaxe)+ 20k fee for use of the pickaxe. This arbitrary $2million makes no sense, and should not be continued.


TL;DR: @surferkev should not have to agree to the ridiculous demands of @Addswerzxc simply because @Addswerzxc was caught red-handed using a hacked client and was banned for a long period of time.
