Complaint:
Violating In-Game Contract (Scamming)
Evidence:
The signed book by ThyGrandVoyeur stating he would have the task done 48 hours after signing it (Signed last Saturday). If you want to see the book signed by him yourself, ask and I'll show you in-game.
The convo I sent him warning him he is highly overdue. As you can see he did read it and ignored it. I also sent him a mail ingame.
Additional Information:
I had given ThyGrandVoyeur a payment of 13,000 ECD to complete a task which has not been done. He is 5 days overdue and I made many warning PM's and mails to him which he completly disregarded and ignored.
I even gave him an extra day before I stated i'd file a complaint which he again ignored.
The due date of the project was MONDAY (AUS time) (48 hours after the commission was signed).
I don't want this happening to anyone else so I'd like him to respond.

An unsigned book would not show up as the purple-ish enchanted item colour in his hand. Also, if a book is unsigned and you open it, it gives you the option to sign or to close, rather than just to close. The only thing a book cannot show is when it was signed.
@Zeurals do you have a screenshot of your making payment, or any in-game screenshots relating to this deal? -

No, I had forgotten to screenshot the payment. Although, the book clearly said he received the money as he signed it once I paid him.
I found a screenshot I made showing the date when I warned him 24 hours has passed without any work done which shows he is late.
In the middle it stated the date of the screenshot "2015-02-07". In my time (AUS) its now the Saturday 14th so thats almost 7 days late to this poit and no work has been done.

As @ThyGrandVoyeur has not been in game or on the forum for 3+ days, he has also not yet seen this complaint. I will /mail him in game to give him 24 hours to respond to this before we proceed any further.

I am aware that the 24 hour deadline I gave has passed. I am aware that this complaint is still in an open status. I understand that you are trying to be helpful, but please do not mini-mod on complaints, or post when you are not directly providing evidence.

As this user was online to see the first forum PM sent, but has not been online since, I have banned @ThyGrandVoyeur for scamming and failure to complete the agreed contract.
