    Complaint: Bid in an auction for a diamond pickaxe which I won and payed 4k for. Tped him to me, he gave me a regular dpick and logged out.

    Evidence: It isn't stated ANYWHERE that I should take pictures of every transaction I make in the game. I thought you had logs of this kind of things.

    Additional Information: Nothing...

    I'm sorry to say, but evidence will be required when filing any type of complaint. Andrew and WeWin are the only people with access to the console and its logs. They are very busy people and don't have the time to go through the enormous amount of chat logs to find the auction. Next time, remember to take screenshots of all transactions and only do so with users that you trust. If you happen to find any screenshots that you may have taken, please file another complaint.
