First of all i was not co-mayor when swiggle evicted you second of all you probably broke a rule since you never went to the town hall. Third of all ask swiggle why you got kicked ever think of that?

I was inactive when you decided to buy the house off of xxMcRangexx. However, as a co-mayor, xxmcrangexx (not co-mayor now as he owns his own town) must have atleast attempted to guide you to the rule board. You broke a rule, and as a result, you have been evicted from the town without a refund (as shown in town rules).

 

Swiggle can you please elaborate on the rule that was broken?

 

He broke town rule #8, which disallows him to farms dedicated to plots.

 

Mind giving me the cords to the rule board, or a tp to that location.

After having reviewed the complaint, evidence, and contract that was involved in this issue, zardgyer and myself have come to the conclusion that xxMcRangexx is to be banned for breach of contract and illegal selling of the plot.

Logs show that the farm that was built in the plot that got OGzCheetos evicted from the town was already built before xxMcRangexx "sold" the plot. However, xxMcRangexx is not a co-mayor of the town, thus he should not have sold the plot without having officially go through with the mayor of the town (Swiggle.) The fact that there are signs on the plot saying it is still owned by xxMcRangexx tells me that he did not follow this process. The contract that was written for the selling of this plot, in my opinion, should not have even been made considering xxMcRangexx was not a co-mayor.

Within a week of xxMcRangexx appealing, he is to refund OGzCheetos the 29k from the screenshots presented in the evidence in this complaint. The plot is still under xxMcRangexx's name in the town and OGzCheetos does not have perms to the town. If OGzCheetos wishes to buy a plot, he should proceed to ask the mayor of the town.
