Felon Username: Samuel_Martin

Complaint: Samuel_Martin came in to my town, most likely through the town portal,
one or two days ago and used LWC to lock a few things that was left unlocked by some of the residents of the town.
Among the locked things were eight trapdoors that was used for aesthetic purposes to look like windows, as well as a door that another user had not locked.

Please not that he has no permissions in the town and the objects he locked does not belong to him.

Since he was not online when this was discovered I opted to send him an in-game mail asking him
to remove the locks.
However, when I came online today I had gotten no response, the locks were still there and to top it off
he had placed two more locks on another two doors. These two locks were not there the day before.

Additional Information: While this case is not specifically mentioned in the server rules I'd say
this would fall under Section III: Trolling. An extract from this section: "Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others."
This could also be considered a mild form of harassment seeing as he took it one step further when asked to remove the locks.
