Complaint:Breaching contract of sharing a melon sword: Not returning to proper chest before logging off.

Evidence: In our contract, Rabidworm states: " I also agree to share the sword as evenly as possible with dwite12and sitomo. I will return the sword to its pre-designated chest before logging off or if I wish to let dwite or sitomo use it for a time."

The user has taken the sword out of the chest and has not returned it prior to logging offline:
I have sent multiple mails and pms to the user, all of which have not been responded to:
Sword is not in chest from 6/22-6/26(Today):
Additional Information: I really wouldn't have minded if the user logged off once with it, but I haven't been able to use it in over a week, which is unacceptable.
Also, If a staff member would like to speak to me in game about this, i'd be more than willing to answer any questions they have.

sitomo do you currently have information about the current location of this sword?

KMaxwell I haven't used the sword for a good 5 weeks. I have no idea where it is. But I know for a fact Rabid would not store it in a public chest.

Could you mail me in game with the co-ords of the correct chest that I can investigate it?
