    Reason: Says he is going to take everything out of all unlocked chests. Even in towns!!!(Considered Stealing)

    Counter-Reason: Purrguin says you can do this, but as it says in the rules there is no stealing! Im just trying to give a heads up to make sure you know what is happening!

    Stealing from unlocked chests is not against the rules. It is the users' responsibility to remember to lock their chests whenever they make one. Also, your title is wrong. It is suppose to be "complaint".
