    Complaint: Felon posted an illegitimate bid in auction

    Additional Information: Panda claims to have been trolling, but needs to learn
    that any bid posted in auction chat is to be considered a legit bid. If he wants to troll
    the prices paid for items in auction he should do so in general chat. He posted the bid of
    1000 then claimed it wasnt a legit bid afterwards.
