    Complaint: As shown in the screenshots, he said "blowjob" in global and soon after called me a snitch for saying that a mod hadn't noticed it in chat.

    Additional Information: I've had past experiences with this user, and so have many other people in the nearby towns. He is currently banned from most of them and has been for quite some time.
