Given the potential duration of an HG, it is not unlikely for another axe to be bought or made. This is certainly interesting, but not conclusive.

 

He also was selling a pumpkin axe to another person here http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/pumpkin-axe-scam.54339/. Where he got scammed too. He must be known for scamming but I can consider that. If he was selling a pumpkin axe... then why would he buy a new one?

First and foremost, the contract is not valid. The proper format was not used and no staff member approved of it. I have looked over the screenshots provided and am not sure I can find enough evidence of the deal to fully understand what the deal was about.

I would like either side SmallzzHD, Matroxic, romper83273 to provide evidence of the actual deal itself, not counting the contract.

Dear smalzzhd he is not banned because of that he is banned because he did not listen to Kmaxwell regarding the no talking on this forum. Anyway as a spectator I have constructive evidence to give regarding this post, I am only commenting not trying to annoy you kmaxwell but revanrose would like pictures showing smalzzhd agreeing to a deal not just the contract deal. Here are two pictures http://i.imgur.com/AMylbfN.png http://i.imgur.com/KoqoOyA.png this is clearly showing that the pick matroxic took the shovel matroxic took and a pumpkin axe that matroxic has as his own property and did not take from the chest that would be traded for the plot designated to the size romper showed and co mayor of silenthill. This is for you revanrose as you wanted more information

 

And now I will probably get banned because of the above comment but I said the comment because clearly the rules say that I can give constructive information I am not trying to go agaisnt what you say kmaxwell but i only comment because revanrose asked for matroxic to comment. Because matroxic is banned he was unable to show this evidence. The evidence I gave from the post above is from matroxic's main complaint but clearly shows smalzzhd agreeing to a deal.
