Scamming and Not upholding to Contract

Clause II: Scamming

It is very difficult for us to be positive that a scam has occurred. Moderators do not have access to server logs, and thus it is the responsibility of the user to gain evidence of a scam in the form of screenshots of transaction agreements and payments in order for scams to be investigated by posting a formal complaint. For help with knowing what the staff need in screenshot evidence, there is a forum thread with a good basic outline. It is solely the responsibility of the user to trust or distrust the other user(s) in a transaction situation, and also to solve any issues that may arise. Always remember: If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is, and use caution when proceeding. EcoCityCraft staff are not responsible for and will not refund anything lost in a scam transaction, though some staff will be happy to attempt discussions to retrieve your lost possessions on your behalf. This policy applies to all forms of transactions, including loans and item rentals.

According to this is a contract specifying that if I gave the tools not anything else just the tools back that I took from an open chest I could have a plot the size romper designated in his screen shot and that I could be co mayor of the town silenthilll. They then provided a investigation with evidence of me taking out another item out of the open chest a axe. I then proceeded to give them the pick I took the shovel I took the axe that I supposedly took and my pumpkin axe as extra payment. They said that the axe I gave back was not the right axe, not the axe that I took. They have no proof to what the stats of the axe that I supposedly took but claim that I gave them the wrong axe. I also noticed that all the items I took were taken by me within .1 of a second which is entirely impossible and in that same second smallzzhd put in items. How does that work. As the transaction went on I said fine after giving you 4 enchanted items I am willing to give 10k to settle off the deal and smallzzhd agreed. Then waited and said no. I asked for my items back considering the transaction/deal is over and they ignored me and didn't give them back. I traded a pick enchanted with silk 1 unb 3 and eff 5 -- a shovel with eff 5 unb 3 and fort 3 -- I traded my pumpkin axe eff 5 and unb 3 -- then i traded the other axe that the investigation showed i took which was enchanted with eff 4... those are four enchanted items the correct items they wanted. They said that the axe I gave them was wrong which they have no way of proving that it is. So the deal should of kept going. So after all this went down after smallzzhd agreed to me giving him 10k to keep the deal going btw i did not give it cuz they canceled the deal. I asked for my items back because the deal was off and they did not give them back. I don't know how they changed the investigation screenshot, but I believe they did and that is how they scammed me. If not I think because they cancelled the deal I should get my items back which they did not give back. So that is scamming right there. Another sketchy thing is that they never specified the items I had to give until I gave the items I took. Only smalzzhd did in which I have pictures. He seemed to act like I only took the pick and the shovel. It was not till after I traded the pick I took the shovel I took and my pumpkin axe that they posted the investigation. I should of at least got my items back if the deal as cancelled.

Keep in mind that romper posted the investigation screenshot after the whole thing was OVER and that smallzzhd did agree that it was just the pick and shovel. I have him agreeing in the screenshots above.

 

I never got the tools you never put them in the chest again. If so tp me right now so I can get them and every thing will be ok.

 

First Smallzz it doesn't say specifically what tools you agreed that it was the pick and the shovel. Romper only posted the investigation pic after everything went down.

 

I have pictures of you agreeing to the pick and the shovel, you never talked about the axe. Don't comment here unless a moderator tells you to do so.

 

The investigator pic does not say it was a pumpkin axe. FINALLy IF yOUR GOING TO CANCELL A DEAL yOU HAVE TO GIVE My ITEMS BACK yOU DIDN'T THAT IS ILLEGAL.

With this and romper not being specific in what tools needed to be returned until after the trade it is safe to say that the agreed upon items to be traded are in the above pictures the ones aporth re posted.
