Felon Username: Newoo101 Complaint: User is using fly mod when he hasn't donated for the feature. I approached him when I first saw him flying. He admitted he was flying and told him that it was illegal. Ten to fifteen minutes later I come back to pvp and he's flying again. Evidence: This was my first conversation with newoo101. Just basically me telling him that it wasn't legal for him to be flying if he hadn't donated for the feature. About 10 or so minutes later when I came back I saw him flying again. He claimed it was "jumping" but it didn't appear to be so in my opinion. EDIT: Additional conversations after my original post. More evidence with newoo implying that he was flying and trying to justify it by other people doing it too. Additional Information: N/A (I think all the information was provided above.)
i was just jumping with a "high jump" mod but i have uninstalled it with all my other mods that i had :? It was because the Update/Backup-anticheat same thread

Although it is not good to assume, this is the kind of user that I would believe cheat to get themselves flying. Newoo constantly whines about other users having the privileged ability to fly and "cheat" in PVP. This all fits perfectly together. Secondly, newoo also states in the first picture, and clearly CONFESSES that he was flying. Lastly, I did some investigating, and he seems to be EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE over this. I confronted him, in local chat. He immediately responded in a PM format, so nobody else would see. Either I'm extremely paranoid or the clues for this puzzle fit together perfectly.
I don't understand how being able to do it can qualify as an excuse. To fly you would still need a fly mod, so you would have to try using a fly mod when you haven't donated for fly. You're arguing since you can use fly the problem is solely that the anticheat isn't working and users don't have responsibility for their actions. Therefore using YOUR logic, any user can use an xray mod because anticheat didn't stop them. If anticheat isn't working properly, that doesn't give you any right to do it.
Using fly without having paid for it is exploiting and abusing a bug and/or glitch and will get you in severe trouble. (Check rules on Wiki.) Just because everyone can use it does not mean you should use it. I highly suggest anyone who has found out that they can now use fly no longer uses it unless they have paid for it as a donation feature. Sticking to the normal speed limit (4) is also very recommended. ( - And also, even using a jump mod to get around unfairly is not allowed.) For now I'm not dealing a punishment - Andrew can decide on what to do. Consider my post a warning.
