Complaint: scamming
I bought extcommands from him for 85k about 2 weeks ago, and i still havent recieved, although he has told me he donated, and now he is telling me that the donation didn't work, and he lost a bet, so i will either have to wait for him to get 100k in game, then he will pay back, or for him to donate.

Additional Information: this happened 6/27/12, and he said he would donate by that sunday, because i went out of town that day. He also sen tme a pm on sunday saying he donated.
