    I gave monkeymax13 a loan of 45k and he was supposed to pay me back 55k by today, October 14th, but seeing that he is banned he can't pay me.

    I am sorry about this but as you have pointed out, monkeymax13 is ban.
    I suggest that you wait untill he his unban,and file a new complaint.
