    he is logging out in the mining world then re logging and killing you.

    Need to be fixed like in pvp, he used to do it in pvp

    This is a known minecraft bug, not a server bug. Andrewkm is working on a work around for it.

    You can type /spawn if he disappears. Or you can also log out.
