After further discussion with other staff members, we have come to the conclusion for giving him/her a stern warning. This type of behavior is not appropriate at all on our server and we will not accept it at all. We do not allow this type of behavior under our server rules found here. If the user continues doing so, please do not hesitate to file another complaint. Also, keep in mind you can use "/ignore <username>" to ignore this user's messages. If you have any questions regarding how this complaint was handled, please do not hesitate to pm me in-game or on the forums via private message.
