    Additional Information: There were more than shown in the screenshot. He has also been replying to basically every post I make and it is getting REALLY annoying. I think he is doing all of this because I removed him from my town for stealing plots. :?

    It looks more like the user was trying to explain himself/herself about what was going on. I think they were reaching out to you to try to resolve the situation. He/She has been warned to try to only send one message from now on.
