[Complaint] Icondigi Scamming

Ok so this is me , Away for a couple of weeks from ecc , I hop on ecc and I check my towns and stuff and notice the portal area had been demolished , When I did /rg I I saw I was no longer owner , Of my town , I then asked for my town back , And yiu call me a scammer , Regardless on how yiu got ownership of MY town I never approved if anything , You humiliate me in global , Yet I have done nothing wrong ,I had major plans for my town though wh em I come back and see you tarted changing everything I was no happy at all , So you see mods , I am getting all the blame for this though all I wanted to do is mind my own business and get my town back .

I know I'm not supposed to comment on ban appeals, but it's kind of obvious as to what happened... Diesel was co-owner, Icon went afk from ecc for a while and he took it upon himself to sell the town illegally..

 

Sweetie this is about LWCs. Mayors are allowed to reclaim their town if they put in the app for it. And from the looks of it, diesel sold it to you illegally in the first place.

 

I"d like to comment here, as I did in another post. Icondigi sold me the town and all of his stuff for a donation feature. I was the sole owner after this trade took place. I removed all other co-owners, icon included, and then sold the town to Natedog. He paid me 80k for the town, and then I added him and he removed me.

Its pretty straightforward and nowhere near as complicated as this seems. Icon sold the town to me, I sold the town to natedog, and icon thought that he still owned the town and removed natedog. I think I have a few screenshots on my computer, but I'll have to look. I'd ask that Natedog be re-added as the owner of iconville and icondigi be removed.

Honestly, I didn't expect to have any problems. I bought the town legally and sold it legally. Unless icon thought that I was buying comayor for some ridiculous reason, there should have been zero doubt or misunderstanding about his selling of the town. I paid for it, he gave it to me. As the new owner, I removed the co-mayors (yet did not remove town members/lwc's), and sold the town to Natedog. After Natedog paid me, he removed me as comayor and became the sole owner.

The only problems arising from this are simply the lack of paperwork. I should have taken screenshots, but didn't. My mistake. There is, however, no doubt in my mind that our deal included me getting full ownership of icon's town. I'm frankly disappointed that he seems to have forgotten that when you sell a town, you don't own it any more.

 

If everyone involved in this issue could please be patient this issue will be handled as quickly as possible. Thank you for presenting all evidence you could. The staff team will take this from here. Yet I was not aware of such trade taking place nor did I know that by giving you ownership of my town that yiu would remove me and sell it , Howver I did not agree to making you full owner at all , You took it upon yourself to sell it to Natedog , And removed all co-mayors who paid a high amount of money for there co-mayor position ,

So I had my town I than gave dieselrabbit ownership to it , He removed everyone and sold the town to Natedog , My town was passed around so many times though both users,knew nothing about what was involved in the town , My co-mayors are now quite upset because there money was stolen because of all this trading , My town that I worked for 6 months on was tore,down because if all this happening , All I want is my town back and is to Make everyone Happy again , I did not scam, By reclaiming my town ,

Also Natedog, Dieselrsbbit , I was aware of no such deal between you , I gave you ownership disel and I did not. Expect you to remove me , I am getting blamed for all this though all I did was come back onto the server after a week and notice that my town started getting cleared I was remove and my co-mayors and that Natedog was owner

I was quite upset about this because all the time and effort put into this town was all gone I am sick of the complaints I get about my town and the perms removed . All I wish to do is re-Ooen it and make everyone happy

I'm not making accusations or anything, but lately I've been hearing alot of things about icondigi scamming.

 

All you really did here is tell everyone what happened and claim that you didn't scam.

 

Atleast refund the money...

This has been dealt with already. Icon has been re added as the Mayor of the town. Should anyone have a problem with this you can discuss it with Wewinagain via pm.

This thread is locked and anyone who posted here after being told not to constantly should take a serious look at themselves. When a mod tells you not to post in a thread with information that isn't contributing it isn't a suggestion. It is an instruction. These rules are in place for a reason put there by Andrewkm himself. Don't let me catch you doing it again or punishments will be put in place until you can learn to follow instructions.
