Complaint: the user is telling the people in the town to pay him if hes online and also telling them that if they buy plots in his town that there perms "will dissapear". we have an agreement that when i sold a plot we would split the money but he kept telling them that they had to pay him

Evidence: the two builders i was selling the plots to spin6699 and nerraw1999

Additional Information: i want the user banned / strongly warned because he has been told over and over that he cannt do that
