Given the size of the loan and the fact that this is the second offence for him being slow/"scamming", I have sent him a mail informing him that he is to pay back the 40k within 5 days from now (Dec 2), citing this post. At the time of payment, please take a screenshot for your records, and I will ask him to do the same. If 5 days have past and you have not received the full payment, either PM me directly on the forums or tag me in a new complaint. Thank you for reporting. Locked.
