However, from the evidence you've provided, I don't see any chat messages that would quite constitute as accusing users of hacking nor any inappropriate messages. The 'Hacker' message wasn't directed at anyone, so, no action can or will be taken. As this is the case, the complaint will be dismissed. Feel free to continue reporting users that are breaking server rules - better to have them reported than not!
