    Complaint:He is most likely scamming, I didn't look into it but There is no possible way a builder can sell a town.

    It could be a town in the wild, I've seen that before... I do know some people that give towns to their friends, so that too could be the case.

    After some investigation, the user SoftlyPsychotic purchased the town from Accalex, the mayor of the town. Calzab98 was the sales person; his job was to attract customers.
    If you see any further issues like this one, please report them so that we can look into it.
