    Complaint: he killed me while I was in a training dummy area, took my stuff, and claimed it was meant as a PvP attack as the PvP arena was a floor above us

    Evidence: He even admits to it, if you ask him in person he will say and ndm57dcraft also is a witness

    Additional Information: I also think he stole my eff5 unb3 silk1 pickaxe

    I regret to inform you Awesomehuman, but killing in a PvP arena is completely legal. No matter the circumstances. Even though you weren't technically in the PvP arena itself, you were in a PvP enabled area, where Killing is completely legal. What I suggest you do is train in a more secure area, somewhere not populated. Anyone can kill you in PvP, even the person you're training on.

    I'm going to link you to the rules so you can review them, for in the future you can attempt to avoid situations such as these.
