    Posting 'Rotating Text' within chat and using this as spam.

    The images hosted by TinyPic.com show me trying to stop Antcubing in a reasonable way after posting two or three previous lines before my interruption. He and other members continue to post, and other's also try to stop the issue.

    Because I cannot mute (ignore) people I don't want to listen to, I am forced to look at this text. Because of the rotation and bright colour, it often triggers headaches or for me to loose balance (yes even in a chair). The problem has been the last two days, including a moderator have started using it in a short burst of spam (no evidence of this however).

    It can be a bit annoying time to time, but it's set as a price for a reason.

    Them Spamming = Them losing their moniez.

    While i agree that you are allowed to do as you please with /Shout, doing something like the rappidly-changing letters is VERY annoying and can cause medical trauma for those who have those kinds of conditions. I suggest you try not to use it before andrew bans the use of it in chat, because i foresee that coming pretty quickly.
