    Resolved in game. This was in fact an accidental PM, that was intended to go to another player, as the part of the screenshot that is grayed out says "wc" or something along those lines. I have convinced usapresident to refund the $1,000 to oskarbu, and the complaint is now settled. In the future, only unedited screenshots may be used as evidence.

    Resolved. Locked.
