If that was in the wild/mining world moderators can't do anything...

If it was in a town, then they should do something...

 

Moderators cant do anything if there is a grief in the wild or mining world but this is not a grief. Putting big holes in the wild and tricking or pushing them into the hole is like Zeno said scamming or trolling.

 

brycey you can say nothing you also killed me in a non pvp aria ..... you tried to push me into a big hole multiple times...... you succeeded 2 times the first i beat you to my items the 2nd time i didn't i then said do you realize it is a bannable offence to kill someone in a non pvp zone (i was in wild portal 5) i then said i would forget if you gave me my items back.....you did to a extent.... you gave my my diamond Armour, my bow, halph my arrows, a 1/2 durability pick (mine was full durability) and my 2 splash poison potions back what you didnt give me back was my sword, food and the rest of my arrows.... i don't need to hold up my end of the bargain to full extent because he didn't hold up yours..... i seen the complaint against someone for the crime you did against me and thought this is my loophole i am not going to file a report just give evidence against you ...... thanks for giving me that chance :roll:

Without evidence, nothing can be done. Asking for someone to TP to you doesn't really work, as we are either busy or not online.

 

Killing in a NON-PVP area is against our server rules.

If you are both doing this you both need to cease otherwise bans will be issued. This is a fair warning.

Since no one has screen shots of the incident happening there is nothing we can do other then provide warnings to everyone involved as the counter claim stated that the OP attempted to do this as well.
