    Have to say I am highly interested. When I have the money I am definitely going to buy. Is it possible to do a pay-as-you-go? Or would you only accept an upfront? I have a loan out currently and I will not receive the payment for a while so that was the majority of my money.

    Figure I might as well make an application either way.

    @Dodos1 Looks good to me, I can set you up a payment sign for the perms and as I done with destroyer you can pay as and when you have the money to do so. I don't see a need for a contract for this.

    Edit - Payment sign has been placed at /warp Colebex and can be found directly to your right when you /warp. You have been added as owner to the tree farm and as a member to the other farms. Let me know if I can help with anything at all.

    Creating farms of this size takes time and effort. Simply put some people would rather pay 200k for perms than invest 3 million plus and countless hours in creating their own. Tree farm perms alone are good value at 200k in my opinion.

    I am interested in it. You said that once the 3rd farm is built it would be more money which is why I am saying it now because I wouldn't be able to pay more. I would have to set up a payment plan. I was looking in chat that you said you could reduce 50k if you do not need the accommodations. I am only going to use the tree farm so is there anyway you could reduce it?
