WARNING! As soon as I am finished with the reconstruction of Dormphood, the co-mayors and I will start to reconstruct PART of CoalCity. The area where the apartments are will be removed. It will be replaced with a kind of "Downtown area". For all the plot owners in this area, I am giving you plenty of time to remove your house. If you are a plot owner that is in danger, you will receive a free plot that is the same size in return that will be on the side with the 40x40's. I have noticed that some users are just inactive in the town, and I will evict them for that. There are users that are inactive in the town in the side that will get reconstructed. This goes for all members: You need to stay in touch with us to get all the news updates about the town. If I start to demolish your house and you get angry, it is your fault for not keeping up with us. In order to live in this town, you have to be committed to living here!

 

Unfortunately, no. There is certain requirements to re-sell the plot, whether you are trying to sell it to the mayor, or just another ECC user.
