IGN: @FirstNolan Users Involved in this Contract: @DCxCyBeR Terms of the Contract: - @FirstNolan will transfer ownership of his Magic Pickaxe (#KFWUB430) within 24 hours after this contract's approval in exchange for co-ownership of @DCxCyBeR's Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J). The ownership ID will not change. - @FirstNolan and @DCxCyBeR will have a chest that only they will have access to. Whenever either user is not using the Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J), they must return it to the chest for the other user to use located at X:10,261, Y:49, Z: -5,183 on main. - There are no set hours of use, just whenever @FirstNolan and @DCxCyBeR schedules don't conflict one another. - Neither @FirstNolan or @DCxCyBeR should log off of the server with the Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J). Before logging off the Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J) should always be in the shared chest. There will be a $50,000 ECD charge if either user logs off with the Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J). Warnings about logging without leaving the Magic Rod (#KFCMKJ7J) in the specified chest can be issued via /mail. After three mail complaints, either user may void the contract with the Magic Pickaxe (#KFWUB430) being refunded. - If @FirstNolan and @DCxCyBeR decide to rent out the Magic Rod(#KFCMKJ7J), both players must agree to the rental and will receive a 50/50 split of the rent amount. Rent agreements MUST be documented with screenshots. - If @FirstNolan or @DCxCyBeR ever decide to sell the Magic Rod, they must consult each other first asking if either player wants to take full ownership of the Magic Rod. If both users decide to sell it, they will receive a 50/50 split of the money. - If either @FirstNolan or @DCxCyBeR break / lose / misplace the magic rod they will solely be responsible to replace the tool at their own expense, if not replaced they will compensate the other with an agreed upon price I agree to the terms listed above: I, @FirstNolan, agree.
