    I would like to take the job of co-mayor for sustantivo. I will cleanup the town (lwcs) and make it a lively town. Hopefully this can help you become more active on ECC.

    Nevermind, looks like i was removed. Or unless you couldn't find a tiem to get online today. I will need owner permission to add users to town to build and such. But if I was passed on, i wish you the best. Any other towns you would like me to be a part of, I don't mind you choosing someone else, but my online time and work ethic makes me a good candidate for this choice. Zeno78

    Well, as well as I said before I can put a lot of time and dedication into a town I have a layout for when I become Mayor which I could put into one of these towns, I would prefer to take care of one that doesn't have an owner and I can put lots of work and make it a really nice town that I could make very active. If it's okay I have myself a comayor lined up, but if not I will tell him otherwise. Thank You, ASauer

    Ok due to some crappy stuff happeneing (towns being sold from under me) Let's get this completely clear. I WILL REMAIN OWNER OF THESE TOWNS! You are becoming a co-owner and cannot sell your spot unless I approve it and the buyer understands that I remain OWNER!

    Also you need to be a Mayor also.

    SO let's try this again. The following towns are available:

    oldleaf : 839,0,-288 -> 1039,255,-88 zeno78(owner)
    dogtown : 1040,0,-489 -> 1240,255,-289 zeno78(owner)
    vacaville : 1040,0,-690 -> 1240,255,-490 zeno78(owner)
    sustantivo : -7350,0,-2657 -> -7150,255,-2457 zeno78(owner)

    may i please have vacaville, i will make contract if i have to that states i wont remove you. i really want to help restore the town, i have been on this server for almost three month, i know im a builder but im actually applying for resident soon (ask anyone, even revanrose knows)
