I explained our reasoning behind the system and the decision we took, we left the appeal open for 12 hours, not a lot of time but enough time that if you check in the morning or afternoon you'd have seen it,
We as a Staff Team were all on at the time and could all talk about the situation and thats why we acted in a swift manner that we did.
Just seems like your blaming us for you making a mistake, sure its a mistake, but its a big mistake with quite a bit of money at stake,
The system itself is fine the way it is, if the situation had been different, and the other person hadn't have paid,
I have seen lots of people bump there complaints and complain about wait times, so yeah...
You were banned for trying to scam someone (even though it was human error) you appealed and your unbanned, the staff handled it as quickly and had enough evidence to suggest you were scamming.
