Hello, I am taking pre-orders for my first and newest city, City of Andover, the city will be divided into 4 "districts":

I DO HAVE ENOUGH ECODOLLERS FOR THIS CITY, Donations are appreciated, however I dont have any particular rewards other than the warm fuzzy feeling you will get for helping.

Pre Order Steps: For now simply state which lot you wish to reserve, DO NOT PAY, once the city is up you can come and claim your lot and pay.

"Trade District" - Located outside the entrance portal, about 1/2 way in the district.

10x10 "premium" shops (2) (first 2 shops outside the portal): $1000
10x10 shops (2): $800

"Upper District" - contains 2 "Manor" plots, 20x20 each

Manor: $2,500

"Lower District" - General Residential houses

10x10 plots (4): $500

"Sky District" - Apartment Complex Lot (note: you get rights to add people to the city with this)

40x40 plot (1): $7,500

Add-ons:

Multi-Resident Pass: Add 50% to lot cost
(40x40 "Sky District" plot doesnt need this) - Multiple Resident allowed, up to 3 residents, yourself included (you + 2 others) added residents to your plot, may "sell" these extra slots.

Skyscraper Pass: Add 50% to lot cost
(40x40 "Sky District" plot doesnt need this) - Allowed to build above the wall level (20 blocks up) to 40 blocks instead.

Advertising: 1 ad at the city gate and outside the portal: $100 / wk, max 10 ads

 

I am offering a 25% discount on any of the store lots to the first person who reserves it and will build a POTION store in my city.

40 blocks high, however this is negotiable, but the highest id probably let it go is 50
