upper homes excluding lakeside 3 floors of 5 blocks each
lakeside homes 2 floors of 5 blocks each
do NOT dig out of your plot line
do not dig underground unless given permission due to underground homes and sewer system
berzerkshadow and woodyt1997 are the only 2 mayors that have a say in something

may only have up to 3 plots in the town
for underground homes do NOT dig out the ceiling of whatever block has been placed, there is no limit to digging down at the moment
do not dig into any other plots
